You will receive a reminder text the previous day of your service, and then another one when we are on our way. (Usually 10-15 minutes prior to our arrival) If for some reason we can’t make it then you will receive a text with an explanation. You will also receive a notification when service is complete with a photo of your locked gate as well as notification of anything unusual that may appear on your property.
We pride ourselves on being someone you can trust to be on your property. We realize that we live in a time where you have to lock your doors and exercise caution as to whom you trust with access to your home.
That’s why all our ‘Heroes’ are vetted and bonded before we trust them with your address and the lock codes to your property. We are also fully licensed and insured.
Hey, we’re proud of the work we do!! However, NOBODY’S perfect. That being said, if you notify us by noon the day after your service that we missed an area, we will be happy to return.
We show up when we are scheduled. We work methodically in a grid pattern walking back and forth and then again in the opposite direction to ensure that we are covering your yard as thoroughly as possible to ensure we don’t miss any piles. We also take the mess with us at no extra charge. (Because seriously… who wants a bag full of Doggie Doo sitting in their yard until garbage day. Or have to pay extra to have it removed.)
We Prioritize Health, Safety & Sanitation by utilizing sanitary practices. Your health and the health of your dog(s) are our top priority. We use Kennel-Grade disinfectants to clean & sanitize our shoes, hands and equipment before we move on to the next client. This ensures that we do not contaminate your yard with potential germs and viruses from the previous clients yard.

We come to you at your convenience to meet with you and your furry friend(s). This is a time we can walk your property and discuss any specific needs or wants that you may have. (We also love to meet and say hi to our new Doggie friends.)
You choose the date you would like to begin service, and we will take it from there. All you have to do now is enjoy your yard.
