Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before you agree to dog waste removal services from Scooper League

Scooper League offers residential and commercial dog poop removal services. These services include One Time Clean, Weekly Cleaning, Every Other Week Cleaning, and Event Cleanings. All pricing is based on an area size of an 1/8th of an acre with one pet. Larger areas or additional pets will have an additional charge.

 

Scooper League is an independently owned and operated business that provides pet-waste removal services to residences, businesses and commercial properties. You agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”) that govern the sales and services provided by us (“Services”). By accepting the Services you hire us for, you are bound to these Terms.

 

The customer understands our ability to provide the Services can be dependent on weather, condition of grass height, access to your yard which is your own responsibility, and other unknown outside influences.

 

The Customer understands that if Scooper League can’t access the area needing cleaning due to locked/blocked/frozen gates or aggressive dogs in the yard; the scoop may be skipped, and charges will still apply. Scooper League suggests adding gate combinations or lock keys to your file to avoid locked gates. If the customer requests for us come back, a $5 driving fee will be added to the customer’s bill.

 

 

 

Although the vast majority of dogs are friendly, some dogs can be food, toy and territorially aggressive. If your dog is potentially aggressive then they must be kept inside while we clean the yard. We can distinguish the difference between dogs barking and dogs being aggressive. Our Scoopers carry a sonic ‘Dog Repellant’ that emits a sound when activated. This is harmless to the dog, but generally discourages them from attacking. If this measure is ineffective with your dog and one of our technicians is bitten to the point of the skin being broken, then we will permanently discontinue service.

 

Scooper League will work through the rain and cold as long as we can safely do so. The customer understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme high or low temperatures, flooding or an accumulation of snow. Scooper League is a MONTHLY subscription service. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather. Therefore in these cases, we will skip service for that week, and see you the following week. A refund will not be issued as we still have to pick up all of the poop that would have been scooped the prior week. If you need the area cleaned before your next scheduled service, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee it. Additionally, we do not want to tear up your yard in any way. If it is really muddy, we may skip your yard and wait until the next scheduled visit when things have dried out.

 

Scooper League does not provide services on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. If your pickup day falls on one of these days, we will skip service that week and pick up the following week. There are no refunds for a missed pick up. We still have to do the work and pick up all of the poop from the week prior. If you are planning a backyard BBQ or event on one of these holidays, then please inform us at least one week prior and we will do our best to have your yard clean for your event.

 

Scooper League is a monthly subscription. Our once-a-week plan is for a 4-week minimum. The price shown by our quote calculator is per visit times 4. If service is cancelled before the 4 weeks then you will be charged for either a one-time visit or the 2x a week rate depending on how many visits were conducted. We will email you an invoice and receipt once payment has been authorized. If your card is declined, we will discontinue service immediately until the issue has been resolved. If more than 30 days have passed since your last cleanup, a first time clean up fee will be applied. We will only pause service for periods of 30 days. If service does not resume after the 30-day period, you will be removed from the schedule. One Time Cleanings will be billed after the service has been completed. Payment is due within 24 hours. If payment becomes more that 30 days late Scooper League will turn your account over to collections.

 

We will always do our best to clean your yard the best that we can. We understand that maintaining your yard is a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. The customer understands that it can be very difficult to find dog poop in tall grass or in a yard full of leaves or other debris. If your grass is tall when we come, there may be some dog waste that is missed. We will be back on our next scheduled visit and will get anything that was missed if yard maintenance is complete. If you find an excessive amount that we missed, please let us know as soon as possible at service@scooperleague.com

 

The following are items we charge extra for: Come Back request ($5/time) Waiting- If you make us wait to perform your cleaning ($5/visit)

 

We may collect personal information from you on our Sites or through any other digital or personal communication with you. Information collected by us is voluntarily provided by you and may include information such as your name, email address, phone number, and physical address. Our Sites may collect general information about the service you are requesting such as the type of property and area needing service, the type and number of pets you have, and general information about your pet’s behavior. We collect information about you in order to provide you with our services. We use personal information about our users for a variety of purposes related to our business, your information is for Scooper League’s use only. We will never sell your information or send it to third parties.

 

We may provide user information to third-party service providers or vendors for

purposes of, including without limitation, processing your payments or sending

information to you, data tracking, maintenance or development of our System. We may also share your personal information in connection with law enforcement requests or in response to investigations, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or as otherwise required by law.

 

Scooper League provides the above Services to you subject to the Terms, which may be amended from time to time. You will be notified by email of any changes to our terms. Amendments will be effective upon our posting of such updated Terms to our website. We recommend you visit the Sites to review any changes in our practices. Your continued use of our Services shall constitute acceptance to any changes to the Terms. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.

 

We reserve the right to shut down operations fully between Christmas Eve and New Years Day. Your billing will be adjusted accordingly.
