Deodorizing YES!! Sanitizing, actually no we do not at this time. And for a very good reason. When we were researching for the best products for sanitizing lawns we found out that there aren’t any. We spoke DIRECTLY to the manufacturers of the best disinfectant chemicals used in kennels, animal hospitals. boarding facilities etc.

This is a direct response to our request from Wysiwash, the most popular product other companies are using to ‘Disinfect’ your lawn.
“Is Wysiwash safe for grass and plants?
Wysiwash is completely safe on grass and plants!
However, it’s not possible for a typical sanitizer or disinfectant to effectively sanitize organic matter like dirt, grass, natural lawn, mulch or wood. This is because the organic materials will degrade the sanitizer too quickly and prevent the chlorine’s ability to react with the microbe to fully sanitize it. Albeit, the effectiveness will depend on how much organic material (dirt, pet waste, hair, leaves, etc) is present for generally non orgainic surfaces . With repeated use it will begin to break down the organics that can cause the odors and deodorize safely and effectively! Additionally, it is helpful to spot treat (spray) where pets “break” more often. I hope this information helps but let me know if you still have other questions or comments!”

As such , we feel offering this service would be misleading and choose not to extend this offer at this time. WE WILL HOWEVER continue researching products in our efforts to confidently offer this service.

In order to control costs and to provide the best and fastest service possible, we have to establish a set route for each day of the week. Your service day will fall on the day we will be in your area.

The cost of our service is the price you were quoted in the initial form that you did or will receive. However, if your yard is larger than average, or if the yard presents additional challenges to our efforts then additional charge may apply. This issue will also be addressed during our ‘Meet & Greet’ Session.

Hey, we scoop all year long. In cases of extreme rain or snow we may need to reschedule. The safety of our team must prevail. Also, please keep in mind that snow accumulation and fallen leaves conceal our hidden ‘Treasures’ so if any ‘piles’ are missed they will be removed during our next visit. If weather is an issue we will work to make sure your service is rescheduled for later in the same week. If this is the case, you will receive an email with a different date for your typical week of service. However, if weather conditions continue to be a problem and delay service, your service will resume the following week as scheduled.

We strongly suggest that you utilize a combination lock for your gate. If you are concerned that your combination number may be compromised and wish to only use a keyed entry then we will provide a lock box attached close to the yard entry.

We love interacting with our Doggie friends. However, if your dog has potential aggressive tendencies then we must request that they be kept inside during our visit. (Please note that even the friendliest dogs can show food, toy and territorial aggression. So please keep this in mind)
