Communication!!
You will receive a reminder text the pervious day of your service, and then another one when we are on our way. ( Usually 10-15 minutes prior to our arrival) If for some reason we can’t make it then you will receive a text with an explanation. You will also receive a notification when service is complete with a photo of your locked gate as well as notification of anything unusual that may appear on your property.

We are reliable… We show up when we are scheduled. We work methodically in a grid pattern walking back and forth and then again in the opposite direction to ensure that we are covering your yard as thoroughly as possible to ensure we don’t miss any piles. We also take the mess with us at no extra charge. (Because seriously… who wants a bag full of Doggie Doo sitting in their yard until garbage day. Or have to pay extra to have it removed.)

Hey, we’re proud of the work we do!! However, NOBODY’S perfect. That being said, if you notify us by noon the day after your service that we missed an area, we will be happy to return and finish the job right.
